  1. How do I get fast response of products? 

If you sent emails and want quickest response for our products details,you can find another way that add our mobile number showed in the website,because we have very fast talking tool such as Wechat,QQ, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.

  1. How soon can I get a price quote?

For most projects, once we know our products item # or customer’s product picture, size, volume, material &weight, decoration method, printing requirements and quantity, we can provide you with a price quote within 24 hours.

  1. How long will it take to receive my products?

As a general rule for avaiable mold’s products, it will take 5 weeks for us to produce your products.But if we have stocks bottles, we can ship immediately as you wish.

  1. Can I have a custom designed and mock up sample? 

We design and construct each project to the individual customer’s needs. We also can mock up samples quickly after getting design from customers.

  1. Is there a minimum order requirement? 

Due to the daily production capacity is very huge and shipping freight, we do not accept small orders. Our minium order quantity is 5,000 pcs per model, but we can help to do several color for choice. It is recommended for you to order a 20”GP or 40”HC to reduce the unit price and shipping cost.

  1. Can I get a sample? 

Yes, on some stock items, we can send immediately. As for shipping charge, if you are new customer for our company, only provide us Fedex, DHL or TNT or UPS account number for freight collect. If You are our old customer, we can send free samples and  exclude the certain items and send to you by our courier account number. If you want special decoration or printing at package bottles, we can fast making samples in 7days based on reasonable sample charges.

  1. What are your office hours?

  1. Do you sell any additional products not listed on your online catalog?

We sell over 1,000 different types of cosmetic packaging items and are not always adding new items to our website. However, every item that we currently sell is listed on our website. If you cannot find the exact packaging product that you are looking for, please e-mail your request support at sherry.xu@ajpackaging.com.cn  and we will be happy to verify whether or not this is an item that we carry.

  1. Do you have a price catalog?

We are a professional cosmetic packaging manufacturer. All of our products are made as in different weight and different artwork or decoration request. We do not have a price catalog.

  1. Will you match competitors’ prices?

If you find a lower price elsewhere on the exact same item, we will meet or beat that price as long as it does not reflect a competitor’s free offer, rebate, bonus, one-of-a-kind, or other limited guarantee offer. Simply e-mail the link or pictures with products details to that page on our competitor’s website to us at sherry.xu@ajpackaging.com.cn

  1. How do I know I can trust ordering from you?

We can offer customer our company’s qualification information and for new customer, we will give 5% discount to the first order value.

  1. Can you do the design for us?

We don’t do individual design but product little change is achievable. Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

13.  What is your term of delivery? We accept FOB, CIF etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
